I understand I can cancel anytime through the billing portal and that upon cancellation my account will revert to the Free plan with view-only access. I understand that my health records are encrypted and stored using a zero-knowledge architecture, and that I maintain full ownership and control of my data. I acknowledge that using optional AI-powered features (such as AI Health Chat or Appointment Transcription) requires temporary processing of my data as described in the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
No data loss: If your subscription ever lapses, you'll automatically revert to the Free plan with full view-only access to all your records. Your data is never deleted unless requested — you just won't be able to add or edit until you resubscribe.
